Construction notes
All seams are fortified with an extra 2-inch wide vinyl strip for enhanced strength and durability. They are R.F. sealed and then double-stitched, resulting in 4-6 layers of reinforcement.
In key structural areas, there can be up to 6 pieces of double-reinforced 2-inch wide vinyl strips for added resilience. A lap seam fold is used on joining panels for even greater durability.

This is another specialized technique we employ to extend the durability and lifespan of your Inflatable Tent. Providing additional resistance, this method is applied to all seams and eliminates the need for extra sewing in high-stress areas.
