Construction notes
All seams are fortified with an extra 2-inch wide section of vinyl for a more robust, long-lasting tent. They are then R. F. sealed and joined together with a double stitch, creating 4-6 layers of strength.
In certain structural areas, there can be up to 6 pieces of double-reinforced two-inch wide vinyl strips for enhanced durability. To further increase durability, a lap seam fold is used on joining panels.

Heat Sealed Panels
This is another specific technique we follow in our facility to enhance the durability and lifespan of your Inflatable Tent. Offering added resistance, this is applied to all seams and eliminates the additional sewing usually needed for high-stress areas.
When combined with our exceptional digital printing process, the entire tent looks amazing when fully branded!
The Electric Blower Unit
Only 1 Blower unit per dome is required. These are included with our dome tent packages.
A standard 1 horsepower blower system consumes 12-13 amps of electricity.
