Construction Details
Each seam in the Inflatable signs & banners collection is reinforced with an extra two-inch wide vinyl strip. After the seams are R.F. sealed, they are connected with a double stitch, creating 4-6 layers of strength.
In high-stress areas, up to 6 pieces of two-inch wide vinyl strips are used for added durability. A lap seam fold is also utilized in joining panels for increased durability. Extensive effort goes into constructing each inflatable item, from conception to completion. Our primary focus during the building process is to produce the finest, most durable products in the industry. The construction process has involved years of research to develop a perfect product, from materials to identifying stress points.
