Construction Notes:

All seams are fortified with an extra 2-inch wide section of vinyl for enhanced strength and durability. They are then R. F. sealed and joined together with a double stitch, creating 4-6 layers of reinforcement. In specific structural areas, there can be up to 6 pieces of double-reinforced two-inch wide vinyl strips for added robustness. To further increase durability, a lap seam fold is used on joining panels. Our construction methods are meticulously applied to each tent we create, from conception to completion.
