- Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used.
- Order quantities below 100pcs per design, by default we will offer free images only, if you need printed swatches for approval please make a request.
- For order quantities over 100pcs, we can provide a pre-production sample free of charge. For orders below 100pcs, PPS will be charged at $50/unit.
- Production lead time for Jacket, Track suit, Dress will be 5 to 6 weeks. Lead time is from finalization of image/print swatch/ PPS. Moreover transportation time should be added when estimating the final arrival date.
- Adding individual numbers or names will incur a $1.8 extra charge per piece.
- Each unit includes care labels and standard design poly-bags by default. If you need extra labels, we offer a service for customizing your brand’s main label, polybag or hang-tag.
